DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIES
1. All orders are shipped US Postal Service Priority Mail usually within 1 business day. Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sundays will ship on Monday. Orders under $10.00 will be shipped First Class Mail.
2. Shipping Fees are determined by the total price of all items before discounts.
3. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation and insurance.
4. You will receive an email when your package has shipped that will include your delivery confirmation number. Kustom Kreations by Kathy is not responsible for packages that show delivery has occurred. You should make sure you have a safe place for your parcel to be delivered to your address. For missing packages that showed delivered please contact your local carrier.
5. Priority Mail has no guaranteed delivery time. Most packages within the continental US arrive within 3-4 business days. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and non-state US possessions may vary. In general, a package can not be reported as lost until 21 days past its shipping date. If the package still hasn't been delivered by the 28th day we will replace your order at no cost to you. All claims must be filed within 60 days from the date of purchase.
6. Because APO and FPO addresses are considered international addresses there is no delivery confirmation or insurance available. Kustom Kreations by Kathy is not responsible for lost packages sent to military addresses. Please note these shipments vary greatly in delivery times, so you should allow extra time to receive your shipment. These shipments do require international customs forms which we will fill out at no additional charge to you.
7. Kustom Kreations by Kathy is not responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. If you have inadvertently used an old address or incorrectly entered a number, etc., please contact us so that we may correct it before your order is shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
1. Most orders are shipped via US Postal Service Global Priority. There are a few countries that do not take the Global Priority Flat rate mailers, for those, shipping is by Airmail.
2. Shipping fees for international orders are based on weight. You will receive a paypal invoice for the additional postage amount due. Once we receive this payment from you your package will be shipped. If payment is not received within 7 days, your order will be cancelled and the amount you paid refunded.
3. Kustom Kreations by Kathy is not responsible for any customs, taxes, tariffs or other fees associated with shipping to your country beyond the cost of postage.
4. The customs forms will be filled out with the general description of 'Rubber Stamping Supplies.' The total actual cost of the products will also be identified on the form as required by federal law. Our shipping systems are automated, so we are unable to mark parcels as being a “Gift” or to under-declare the value of parcels.
5. Because shipping by Global Priority may not contain delivery confirmation information, Kustom Kreations by Kathy is not responsible in any way for lost or stolen packages.
RETURN POLICIES
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Return any unused and unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping charges.
For defective items, we will replace or refund your purchase price. Please let us know which you would prefer.
For orders damaged by the postal service please file a claim with your local postmaster.
You do not need to contact us to return your items. Just follow the steps below:

· Include a copy of the packing slip or Invoice with the returned items.
· Clearly mark the order number on the outside of your package.
· Include a note indicating the reason for your return.
We strongly recommend shipping your parcels using Delivery Confirmation and Insurance. You are responsible for them arriving back to us undamaged.
We will email you when we receive your items and will issue a refund within 3 business days.
